As Agile Software Development gains more and more ground in the IT world, I thought it may be a good idea to write a few personal opinions about this topic.
During my last 17 years of practice more and more with Agile and less and less with Waterfall, I noticed a few crucial differences, often not spoken, between Waterfall world and Agile world.
I will add a few important things related to people, which I collected when analyzing people and their interactions, while performing Business Analyst specific tasks:
For all of you, who are reading these thoughts of mine, I need to let you know that Agile, from the perspective of methods, methodologies, techniques, frameworks, tools and practices, means incredible much more.
