I was mentioning about Agile in Sales in one of my previous articles: Agile for most activity areas or... Agile Business! After publishing it, HPE Education (Hewlett Packard Enterprise Education) started to follow me on Twitter, which I interpreted as being a good sign for my professional activity. Now, I will write about the Agile in Sales topic, because I am currently working with a Sales Team, eager to apply Agile values in their activity, hoping to obtain better results in Sales.
So, the big question is: How can we do this? Well, let's start with what we have from the Waterfall approach: we have big plans, fixed terms, methodologies. Knowing that the 2015-2016 year is for Agile norm, I will start to break down the whole thing into multiple approaches, specific to Agile:
