Scrumban was originally intended to be used for transitioning from Scrum to Kanban. Nowadays, it is used as a standalone framework in Agile management sets of methodologies, being successfully used by the IT teams.
The goal of this article is to hear readers' opinions, knowledge and thoughts on this topic. And, most of all, to hear the best practices from people who use at least one of the methodologies in Agile Software Development.
It is obviously that for these 2 methods from Agile we need to know both "in-a-nutshell views" and similarities vs differences when trying to compare them.
