After Lean Principles and Six Sigma Principles, I think it might be a good idea to approach Lean Six Sigma Principles topic.
When a company needs a Lean Six Sigma Professional, we can say that its executives are aware of "what's going on" inside that company and need professional help. Usually, the problems are in the range of "low job satisfaction", low morale for employees and, as a result, poor production. The help which come from the Lean Six Sigma professionals would be to eliminate waste, streamline the internal and/or the external processes, while improving their output quality.
When trying to link two concepts which apparently have nothing in common, we can actually reach an incredible best result. I think this is the case for Six Sigma in Project Management, too.
