It would be good to understand with what exactly you mean with the term "critical thinking". The Business Analyst has a set of core competencies, as it is outlined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge which includes: Conceptual Thinking, Visual Thinking, Systems Thinking and Creative Thinking. It is not quite clear to me what is meant or intended by "Critical thinking". If you could elaborate a bit more, then it will be great discussion for us to have. Thanks, Esta
