To DMAIC or not to DMAIC? This is the question!
This acronym is known from Six Sigma, for the Define - Measure - Analyze - Improve - Control operations, as part of the Six Sigma projects. Anyway, it is not exclusive to Six Sigma and it can be used for other improvement applications.
Of course, DMAIC approach can be applied in many other projects, including the personal ones. It can be understood and applied as a roadmap for problem solving and product/process improvement.
So, to anwer to the question in the title, I think it is always a good idea to improve things, so... Yes, let's DMAIC! Please read here some details on these: Six Sigma DMAIC Roadmap
